Had an amazing stay at the Belfry‘s - truly a hidden gem! The location was perfect, right in the heart of town with easy access to shops and cafes. We were warmly welcomed by the manager, who shared great tips about local spots to explore. Our room was cozy, clean, and comfortable (we slept so well) with beautiful views of the surrounding greenery. The shared spaces were fantastic, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the veranda was the perfect place to relax and soak in the peaceful atmosphere. Would absolutely recommend and can’t wait to stay again next time we’re in Bellingen!

Absolutely loved it! Great place with a really homey atmosphere
Belfry Guest House offers a bit of old world charm, nestled amongst the trees, offering great views over the little valley below - great atmosphere. Staff service was welcoming, helpful, and made guests feel comfortable in their stay - great assistance. Great options to cook your own food in the kitchen or dine out in one of the many locations in Belligen -I recomend the Royal Hotel for slow cooked beef cheek, served on mash with gravy and bens, delicious. I will be back to visit the National Parks and Waterfalls on the Waterfall Way/Highway. Highly recommend a stay at the Belfry for a quiet retreat, on your travels.

What a great place to stay the reception lady was lovely and showed us to our rooms the facilities were great with nice hot showers and great kitchen to make a hot drink on top of that clean and a great view out to the hills.

Right in the heart of Bello, but you could walk right past and not know! You can walk everywhere. There's a secured gate at night with a code so you can come home late with no trouble. Shared kitchen is big and stocked with appliances, shared bathrooms are a good size and easily accessed

We booked all rooms at The Belfry for family wedding guests including children from 4 - 16 yrs. The perfect environment for us all to share the space. It has a beautiful atmosphere very pretty with wide verandahs, comfy lounges, potted flowers, great courtyard, surrounded by trees. It is clean, good value and I highly recommend it particularly for a group booking.
Rooms: Quaint with shared bathrooms.
Nearby activities: Perfect location a couple of minutes walk to the towns many restaurants, cafes, bakery, Pub, shops etc and river.

I have stayed at hostels around Aus and I would say this is the best one I have ever stayed at. Amazing location, affordable price, comfy beds, great friendly staff and a awesome view.
From my understanding it can't hold a huge amount of people so if there is availability to stay here I would book it ASAP 100%. Thanks again guys for the awesome stay !
